A Delayed Update

We hope your all well and staying safe out there as we come to the end of the second lockdown. Its been some time since we last posted a general update but we can assure you we have been keeping busy and staying well and Covid free (thanks to the hard work and extreme efforts of all our amazing staff!!) We understand how difficult it is not being able to have regular contact with your loved ones and thank you all for your co-operation and understanding with our restricted window visiting policy. I can confirm we have been working on an internal viewing booth within the conservatory which we hope will make the visits, once they are allowed a more pleasurable experience for you and your loved one. Further information will be publish when these will start subject to the final touches being completed and the relevant government guidance after 3rd December.

Our amazing Day Centre team have done a great job transforming the salon into a nail bar, which, the ladies have really enjoyed taking advantage of!

We have also hosted a variety of themed days from all over the world for all the residents, where fancy dress, tasty food and lots of fun has been the top of the menu. These have included a 1950's American Diner with burgers, chips, milkshakes and our very own Pink Ladies! An Oriental Chinese themed buffet complete with a Chinese Dragon and brightly coloured Kimonos, and even the magic of a Mexican Fiesta with Nachos, Pinata's and some strange looking Amigos!!!! Everyone, both staff and residents, have had such fun decorating the units and eating some authentic food.
