We held our Christmas Fayre in our new visitors centre recently (just in time before we had to sadly lockdown due to a Covid outbreak) which was brilliantly supported by residents, their family and friends and staff.
The residents were involved in all of the preparation leading up to the big day making various gifts such as aprons, cheeseboards, wooden tree decorations, candle holders, cakes and chutneys and together with the sale of these and our wonderful cookbook and a raffle (with prizes donated by residents family and local suppliers) over an amazing £400 was raised which is a fantastic amount of money and will be donated to various charities chosen by the residents.
